Mary Kay has eyecicles they are cream that dry to a powder and have shimmer. It only comes in Bronze and vanilla though some people might have other colors from limited editions. They are waterproof and great for summer.

clinique has shimmer cream in a bottle eyeshadow that's really pretty in several different colors
H.I.P by loreal or sephora which you should look on line i think theyre in every jc penny but sephora is verrrryy expensive i went there too buy some shimmer stuff and i spent 70$ on 3 items
Chanel's is the best. It never creases and can be layered, if necessary
