What's the best kind of make-up brand?(Not that expensive) & what eyeshadow looks best with blue eyes?

MAC is the best makeup in my opinion, its a little pricey but well worth your money..for blue eyes greens, browns (dark ones mostly), dark blues, light pinks, and even plum and purples can make your eyes pop..and also if your brave enough, using blue mascara (cheapest would be NYC's blue cobalt mascara) would make your eyes pop!

Normally Lighter Blues, Darker Grays, but it really depends on what color blue you have.

Golds and Browns are the best colors with blue eyes. Some times pinks and redish/purpleish browns or maybe greens.





But, wearing blue eyeshadow with blue eyes doesn't bring out your eyes. It takes away from them and it overpowering.
benefit is a really good line. its good for covering up problems and fixes, and also does a great job. i recommend it. try www.sephora.com or youcan find them at macy's.
HIP and covergirl make GREAT eyeshadows that are sold at drugstores for like 4 dollars to a bit more. Their colors are fantastic. Try green and white and browns for blue eyes
MAC has really good pigmented makeup when it comes to eyeshadows!! and for blue eyes, a lot of colours look good but to make them stand out I would say neutrals... browns, coppers and bronzes!

HIP or Maybelline works well ^^


But Im also using Almay..cause i have sensitive skin
