I don't know about the cream eyeshadow, but the regular eye shadow it amazing,


I'm guessing if you wit until the cream eyeshadow is a dry, you can layer regular eyeshadow on it.


But I'm not 100% sure.
yes definitly u can layer regular eyeshadow over cream shadow, i do that all the time for the extra pop color look ^.^ i havent tryed Urban Decays cream shadow but the ones i use are: MAC Paintpot, Fluidlines (can be use as base shadow too), Shiseido Hydropowders, Maybelline Moose Shadows. I prefer Shiseido out of all because of the shimmers and easy blending =)
