Where to find a liquid transformer make up (that turns eyeshadow into eyeliner).?

okay, does anybody know where to buy, and what brand of liquid transformer (type of liquid make up that when you dip your brush in it, then into any eyeshadow that will instantly transform it into an eyeliner). it was featured on an episode of what not to wear. kk thank you for your help.

these types of things are getting more common but i have found an awesome one! it's by cliche cosmetics and it turns any eyeshadow into WATERPROOF eyeliner! how awesome is that! here's the link!

you don't need to buy that.


what i do is get a new, clean paintbrush [or thin makeup brush] and i dip it in water to get it a little wet


and then i swirl it in eyeshadow and and it becomes eyeliner :D
They have it at Ulta, and probably Sephora (:

Wow, I've never heard of anything like this, but if you just lick your brush before you put it into the eyeshadow powder, it can be used very efficiently as eyeliner. :)

but bareminerals, or bare escentuals eye shadow does that and theres TONS of colors
Avon. I'm pretty sure they have a website. I'm always buying from their magazines...
There is one from ELF and it's only a dollar. It works pretty well.
