Eyeshadow is a dry powder. Eyeshadow cream is a creamy consistency. I don't care for the creamy ones as they dont stay on as well or as long, shortly after applying it I have a crease on my upper lid area whereas the powder one stays where I put it. Whats the difference between eyeshadow%26amp;eye shadow cream?
It feels like lip balm thats kinda gritty. it stays on longer but sometimes gets built up in the folds of your eyelids. It's good for all day wear though.
i use powder eyeshadows... i don't like cream at all.





cream is easier to apply, but it's less blendable and more likely to crease
