what kind of look do you want? You could pair it with Charred (gray) and have a more dramatic look. Or simply wash the eyelid in Parrot and put a subtle highlighter like Shroom or even a white.
I don't recommend a liner with this color. Apply it close to your lash line, wear mascara, and that is it for your eye.
P.S. mac online recommends Daisychain with it as a neutral also - that color is also limited edition. I would wear more of a nude lip, so the eyes remain the focus. Can be worn daytime or evening!MAC make up: Which other eyeshadow would look good with the eyeshadow PARROT?
