I've never tried cream eyeshadow but I know that powder is quite good. However, if you've got really dry skin then maybe cream would be quite good because it might sort of moisturise your eyelids and stop them from looking flaky and crusty. Use a cream base and apply powder over it.
Cream eyeshadow by itself doesn't have very good staying power.
If only choosing one, go with powder.
MAC makes good cream shadow/ bases called Paint Pots. They work well.
for evening dance party, creamy, for day or formal party dry eye shadows.
dry skin is a rite pain in the ****... boots own traditional skin care moisturising cream is really good for dry skin. :)
i think u shud wwear cream eye shadow if you have dry skin. It will draw attention 2 ur eyes so no-one notices ur skin is dry!!!
