How do you make eyeshadow show up better? Like a scene kid would wear it?

i saw a website a while ago that told you what to mix with normal eye shadow to make it what scene kids wear.

well the way i get my eye shaddow really bright is to put some liquid foundation on my eyelids but just a little or else it looks fake then put the eyeshaddow on it makes it last longer and it looks better. If what you want is actual scene kid colors then you really should try some of hot topics makeup its not all black they have almost any color you can think of and it stays on all day, it looks exactly like when you put it on, and the best part, its cheap =]How do you make eyeshadow show up better? Water makes eyeshadow darker and thicker.
wet the brush you are applying the eyeshadow with, then coat the brush with the shadow and apply.
umm a cream that you can rub on your eyelids that helps it stick and make it more vibrant r a little clear lip gloss works wonders... i use it all the time
I think you should get Loreal Hip Eyeshadow. Their eyeshadows are GREAT AND INTENSE. Try getting shimmer eyeshadow. I think that you should putting more eyeshadow on. Try to get some high pigmented colors and not neccessarily Scene Kids Wear.
you can put on more or wear darker colors or mix the colors
