can you blend cream eyeshadows?
im on a budget so im buying wet n wild products.
can theyre mega eyes shadow pot blend like powder or pigments would??Cream eyeshadow? ?
Cream eyeshadows don't blend like regular eyeshadows i've tried it so i know you'll end up getting a nasty color.. i would just use one color at a time if your going to use cream eyeshadow.. and also if you use like powder blush.. put it on your eye lid and it'll help keep the cream in place all day.. they have a make up to do it's called de-crease but using blush is a lot cheaper then buying that.. and it does the same thing.. Cream eyeshadow? ?
I don't know about wet n wild. But cream shadows should blend. They don't blend as easily but if you work them enough then they should blend =]
