Which is better? Cream or Powdered Eyeshadow?

Im having my formal soon and I'm not sure if i should use cream or powder eye shadow makeup.. My friend said she personally didnt like cream coz it makes creases. I'm going for that dewy look and was thinking of using colours like either browns with gold or greens with gold eye makeup.. I have a warm asian complexion and my dress is light green. Anyone know any good make up products?Which is better? Cream or Powdered Eyeshadow?
powdered eyeshadow is bestWhich is better? Cream or Powdered Eyeshadow?
cream lasts longer L'oreal do a fab one, sparkly but not over the top. It doesnt crease and it comes with a wand, not a magic one you understand, looks like a mascara , its love er lee.

They stay on better too make sure you put a bit of a base first tends to stick to your eyelids better then.

Have a great night!
Powder...

Good Eye shadow color is all about blending!

You can't really get a good blend with cream....Unless you are a makeup artist! I'd stick with powder. I like Clinique Colour Surge...it gives you two colors to work with and they always blend beautifully! My fav is Double scoop...its a shimmering light brown, great for every-day wear.
I would definitely go for powder, especially for the look you are going for. Cream does tend to crease, although I find it is easier to put on.

I would use cream for an all over colour and certainly for some of the shimmery colours that are out just now, maybelline is good for this type, but for the dewy look, I guess you will want to blend shades from darker closest to eyelashes to lighter closest to brow. I like Bourjois powdered shadows, or Bobbi Brown.
powderd eye shadow gives you the shine and brings out your eyes more and cream eye shadow looks plain and damp.
Well, cream is for dry skin and powder is for oily skin.
cream eyeshadow is good but yes it makes creases, and when your wearing mascara or eyeliner, it will smudge on the cream, so it is still safe yo use powder eyeshadow, and besides there are lot of powder that can gice you that dewy look you want to achieve, try to put eye luminant like white or silver eyeshadow an blend it with dark green or moss green shadow, if you have warm complexion, i suggest dont go for light greens, just experiment will help you achieve your desired looks.
If you are an older woman use cream eyeshadow, the eyelids are dryer, otherwise you might prefer powder. As far as eyeshadow goes Revlon makes many different colors and their products are as good as any. Remember when choosing your eyeshadow color that your eyes should stand out, not your shadow. Brown with a small amount of dark green would be attractive.
i dont know any ways thanx for 2 points
Powder is the best option since it's easier to blend, stays on longer and won't crease like cream will. Visit the MAC counter, they have beautiful eyeshadows.
powder as it doesnt crease many eyeshadow like mac can be worn wet for a cream finish without the texture
