Most definitely you can. I recommend revlons cream shadow quads. Dont use to much though becuase it can make your eyeshadow crease.Can i use a cream eyeshadow as a base?
i dont thnk so becuase one reason you use a base is so your eyeshadow wont crease and i believe a cream eyeshadow will majorally make it crease. i use marykate and ashley shade stick as a base. its cheap and i think it works great. i just bought a neutral shade so i can use any color eyeshadow over it!
