What is the purpose of eyeshadow cream?

i tried it and i dont see ya difference is there a right way to do it or a wrong way some one help me.What is the purpose of eyeshadow cream?
I prefer dust shadow, it lasts more (at least on me). What is the purpose of eyeshadow cream?
The biggest difference is that not only does it stay on longer, but it wont move around. Some times when you have a powder eye shaddow, it will cake up in the crease in your eye, but it never does that after the cream is dried.
There is no purpose of eyeshadow cream. It was made so you will think that it will do something to your makeup, that will add to your beautiful face, which will add to your great personality. When all you really need is a great personality, and natural beauty. Makeup adds to the outer layers but what really matters are the inner.
IT DOESN'T COME OFF AS EASILY AS POWERED DOES, AND IT IS EASIER TO PUT ON IN A HURRY.
the colour turns out much more vibrant, plus it stays on much longer.
well cream will last longer on normal to oily , very oily skin....

shadows will last regular only on normal to dry skin tones...

it is a difference when timing is important...if need shadow to stay on...wear a cream base...but only if you know your shadow doesn't stay...

wear a color primer if you are oily...it will make shadow and cream stay and look vibrant...

BeautiControl ';Shadow Control Creme';...prepares eyelids so shadow glides on, blends evenly, and resists fading and creasing...try it...won't hurt!!!
well the texture is moer cremay and preferreed sinc eu dont need a brush do apply it, it tend to crease more but last longer and is not to be weared during summer hot days butgreat in winter, can give a matte or even dewy effect, the colos are usually never bold usually sheer. powder ted to crease to , last long but some can no last long, preferred in summer since the texture is powder and usally are more pigmented then crams.
