Is it okay to use a neutral cream eyeshadow as a primer?

I'm out of primer and I didn't know if it would make much of a difference. Is it okay to use a neutral cream eyeshadow as a primer?
You can but its not the same as a good primer I love using bee luscious shadow magnet it lasts forever and it truly holds that shadow in place.

yes, its okay. the colors that the cream eyeshadows have can add a more vivid look to the eyeshadows that you will add. however, many cream eyeshadows will crease without a base so you might still need to buy another primer.

also, for primers you can use concealers or foundations on your lid as well. :)
Really and truly you'll just need to try it out. Some cream shadows work wonders as a primer BUT some just cause worse creasing as the day goes on. Try a real thin layer and see what happens. It's the only way to truly know.
any cream based product is good as a primer. you could even use your concealer.
no its good. works better if it has gold/silver shimmer, depending if youre using cool or warm colors.
yep.
