Their are brushes specifically for cream eye shadow. Smashbox has a great one, as does Sephora.

Cream eyeshadow normally are delicate and messy. Tips might help is to use just a dot of cream eyeshadow with your little finger and apply with upward according to your style.
If you can afford mac then i would say 212 or 231.


If not just any firm brush, or spoung applicator.


Or just your finger would work :)
you use a clean finger or one of those sponge wedge things.
