Homemade Cream eyeshadow?

i only have two shades of cream eyeshadow, and ALOT of powder eyeshadow. Is theire any way to create cream eyeshadow from scratch? or with your powder makup?Homemade Cream eyeshadow?
i wondered about that!

IM really sorry...that was no help at all.. uhh...Homemade Cream eyeshadow?
You could dip your brush in water and then put the powder shadow on it and make it sort of a wet shadow...personally it makes my shadow wear longer and the color look better but its not exactly a ';cream'; consistency.
This is what I have read everywhere :





It says to mix your powder eyeshadow with any lotion, mix, and there you have it, cream eyeshadow.





So pretty much, just mix lotion with your powder eyeshadow.
