Can you wear cream eyeshadow with powder, or would it just goop up?
How would you wear it?Can you combine cream and powder eyeshadow?
Ya apply cream first and let it try for a couple of minutes and then apply the powder right over it. Make sure they are the same color or close to it. This will keep your eye makeup on all day.
