i have oily skin, and ive heard that cream wont stay as much as powder,
so my question is is the covergirls new tropical eyeshadow cream or powder?Is the covergirl new eyeshadow tropical quad cream or powder?
i have it, and it's a powder. it stays well, but use an eyeshadow base
