I know that when you mix contact solution with your color choice of powdered eyeshadow it makes a really wonderful liquid eyeliner...Does anyone know how to make your own cream eyeshadow? ?
1) Break eyeshadow into powder
2) mix it with lotion and you are done

Wet your eyeshadow brush and dip it into your regular eyeshadow to get a more dense eyeshadow, or wet a liner brush and use your eyeshadow to get a liquid liner. You can also buy mixing medium (MAC makes a good one) and eyeshadow pigment to mix and make your own cream eyeshadow and liquid eyeliner. Water works well-I do it everyday!
mix a bit of oil and thats it! why not use revlon cream eye shadow instead i bough it 2 months ago and i find it great.really! its only 6.99$ on sale!
