How to put glitter on as eyeshadow....?

Does anyone know how to put glitter on as eyeshadow like glitter did from a shot at love 2 on mtv for example....?How to put glitter on as eyeshadow....?
my sister used to do that she put chap stick on a Cotton swab thingie and put it on her eye then she put some glitter on a eye shadow brush then put it on or get some glittery eye shadowHow to put glitter on as eyeshadow....?
Use a base!!! (Ex. Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, MAC Paint Pot, etc)





Also, mix the glitter with any lotion, and put it on with a brush. Or, you can buy eyeliner glitters with are glitters with gel. There's also the option of buying clear mascara and using that gel. OH! And, if you are putting it on your lashes, that would be REALLY nice.
You can do this, its just you need something to make the glitter stick to your skin. I have done this with loose glitter but as eyeliner.All I did was dip my brush into water and apply. It sticked. But covering the whole lid you need something more than water. Try to put any liquid foundation on the lid first, or try Urban Decay's Primer Potion.

press on eyes, then glitter to see what i'm talking about. my friend has these and we love them.
get some of that glue that comes with fake lashes, put some on your eyelid with a make up brush, wait about 30 seconds untill it goes tacky in texture and then gently press the glitter on to it!
put alittle vaseline on ur eyes and put the glitter on careful
glitter is for the 80's dont do it! it looks whorrible!
i use Barry M's plain glitter stick and just apply it all over my eyelid :-)
