Do you put eyeliner on after or before glitter eyeshadow?

I do my eyeliner first. :)
eye liner first, then the eyeshadow, once the eyeshadow is applied I would recommend re touching a little just so that you can re define your eyes. But I would put on everything before the eyelashes, just because if you put on the eyelashes and then the powder of the eyeshadow will make your eyelashes look dusty, also if you mess up on your eyeliner you can definately correct it with out worrying about the eyelashes.





However with eyelashes you probably don't need alot of eyeliner, your eyes will already look dark enough.

I would do glitter eyeshadow first and then eyeliner on top and then put the fake eyelashes on, and then go over the eyeliner where the fake eyelashes r stuck on, if u get me

I always do eyeliner first. IMO it looks better %26amp; it helps prevent the eyeliner from making a line on my eyelid.
Eyeliner's always first because glitter eyeshadow is a little more complicated
