matching your eyeshadow with your clothes isnt really a big deal... but i would suggest something pale... since u have green eyes and borwn hair you would want to go with a tope kind of colour...stick to pale tones and pastal colours... unless u can pull off the smoky effect then put black eyeliner on your eyelid right at the lashline, and put grey eye shadow on the eyelid make it look hazy though. good luck.u could also be unique and do watever u thinkj is good... be creative u onli live once!For my xmas do, I'm wearing a silver glitter top what eyeshadow should wear? I'd go with a shade of purple. Purple will really bring out the green in your eyes!

Soft shade of purple (like lavendar or lilac) that has a shimmery silver undertone.
Anything from a dark green to blue/purple
I would wear a champane color shimmer eye shadow
Deep purple and lilac
lavender will set off your green eyes. silver will also look good. just don't do gold or another sparkly color because then it clashes with the shirt
Try a shimmery white or a not so over the top shimmery silver. Don't try anything with glitter! Just shimmer and don't put it on very thick.
you could choose any of these combinations: silver and green, gold and green, red and silver, red and green or gold and silver. (like metallic eye shadows or glittery ones) Well it's really up to you, and you could also try some metallic eye liner too. Good luck!!!
I wouldn't go too heavy, maybe a soft white with a silver eyeliner, or soft silver with white eyeliner...nothing bright, with your top you want to keep other things muted, EXCEPT lipstick - a pretty cherry red for the holidays!
Wear a soft silver on your lids, grey in the crease . Line your eyes with a charcoal/grey colored pencil. Make sure your lipstick and blush are the same tone, something natural , maybe like a honey color like Jessica Alba wears. Your eyes will stand out and the rest won't be overdone.

first of all it's Christmas, not Xmas, X did not die for our sins, nor do I worship X, second you should not be wearing a glitter top, and third black, green, or black and green, eyeshadow goes with everything.

Lucky you! With green eyes you can get away with a nice contrasting colour like purple. I'd go for a lilac. When dark purple goes wrong you can look like you've got a black eye...
